Domestic Abuse Seminar

Domestic abuse as an incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive, threatening, degrading and violent behaviour, including sexual violence, in the majority of cases by a partner or ex-partner, but also by a family member or carer. These meetings are designed to provide inspirational anecdotes from individuals who have passed through domestic abuse and advice from organisations that provide support and guidance. Attendees are under no pressure to share but can also have a confidential one-to-one talk with a therapist.
